Parts needed for engine overhaul

Im getting my 1996 golf vr6 obd2 engine overhauled and am looking a few parts and you boys know the score when it comes to veedubs :-p Obviously cheaper is better but want parts which aren't scrap.

Car has 121,000 the parts are listed below anything else which people think should change would b helpful.

1.) Clutch

2.) Slave cylinder

3.) Master cylinder

4.) Head Gaskets

5) Timing chains and tensioners

6) Engine Mounts

Slave Cylinder - GSF

Master Cylinder - ?

Head Gasket - GSF - but I've been told to ensure it's a Victor Heinz or go to VW Dealer, fitted the later upper guide and tensioner bolt

Timing Chains - I went to VWspares for the chains [link]http://www.vwspares.co.uk/g3belts.php and VW Dealer for all the guides and tensioners

Engine Mounts - ?

Engine mounts, VT if your made of money,if not I imported a set of poly inserts from the US for about £100 for the set and in honesty I preferred them to the VT's.
