Accelerator pedal.

Would anyone be able to shed some light on my problem.

About 2 weeks ago i noticed a slight vibration on my accelerator pedal when pulling away,tonight it did the same thing but alot worse with a noise, the pedal was vibrating under my foot for about 5 seconds, it only happens now and again.

if the squeek was when you pull away in first, it could be gear box mountings sumtimes these split and as the car produces more torque in first the montings move and squeek, dont know it this would move the pedal but very likely could do. a good way to test is go up a steep hill stick it in first and pull away see how she sounds.

or have a look if you know what your doing!!

My rear engine mount (drivers side) is on it's way out and at idle I could feel a vibration through my pedals. I tightened it up as a temp fix 'til I get paid and can get it sorted!

It is most likely to be my mounts then , one of the rear engine mounts needed tightening up not long back, I've got a competition front engine mount but not done the others yet,i'm going to use the fast road ones on them 'vibratechnics'.
