whats the max you can drop the VR on 17's??? At the mo mine is lower than your nans tits, i know its gonna have to come back up when my 17's go on But how low can i go, will i have to mod the arches??

Cant tell yoiu precisley how low mine is but its as far down as I can get it with out to much rubbing. The only prob i have is the clearence on the OSR my tyre is fooked due to it catching on something in my arch but the other side is fine.

My old MKIII gti had it dropped 80mm and we had to trim the plastic off the inner bits on the spats to get good clearence

If you want it slammed you'll need the arches rolled

vedubgirl, that thing in the arch may be your fuel pipe to the tank, it runs in the arch. its plastic too, so you mite want to check it if its rubbing badly or you will end up with a split fuel tank, and that wont do your fuel consumption any good. lol
