I am looking for a specialist exhaust company in the London / Herts area.I am going to get a purpose made stainless exhaust next year (at some point) and am looking for a recommended company in this part of the world. http://www.longlife.co.uk/ is a company I've heard of and they will do a system from the cat for about £350 inc vat - fitted. Life guarantee and no service visits and is transferable with the car 304 stainless and tig welded 2mm (very sexy for an exhuast) :-p http://www.zeroexhausts.co.uk/ is a one man band (who also make MG exhausts btw) and will charge approx £400 + vat Fitted for the same system. Difference is he makes this on the car and if there is interest in a certain type would make a jig - needs 10. There is a Life guarantee however will need a yearly inspection. 304 stainless and tig welded 1.5mm (very sexy for an exhuast) These companies are usually best recommended by word of mouth so does anyone have any other names and numbers for me to talk to and visit along with these please.Thanks for your help in advance Link to post Share on other sites
petervr6 0 Posted October 26, 2006 Report Share Posted October 26, 2006 top gear in hayes are pretty good when i had my mk4 gti turbo i put an r32 kit on it and had a cat back done by them with the r32 style twin exit exhaust for 550 all in life time guarantee no inspections make out of 304 stainless steel hand made on the car while you wait pretty good watching them do it as well.
