jonvr6highline 0
I pay £510 with 7 years NCB with all mods (17's, zorst, front & rear lights and Kamei grille) declared at 28 years old with my 27 year old Mrs also on the policy! This is fully protected, with Elephant.co.uk! Not bad at all, especially after I had been with Tesco beforehand and they wanted £700 + without mods. The thing is with these insurance companies, they give you a cracking deal the first year to get the custom, then assume you'll carry the policy the following year so seem to increase the price of the policy. I always shop around from one year to the next! [ golf_vr6_025smaller.jpg ]
yiman 0
I just tried getting a quote from Elephant - £463 ie £100 cheaper than mine now with Privilege. Strange because I'm sure I tried them last May at renewal time and they were much more expensive.
hotshot 0
I am 37 and my Mrs is 31. I have just got a 97 VR6 (no mods) and i am insured with Esure (www.esure.com)I have 7 yrs NCD and we pay £330 fully comp - protected and includes business use as well. mina 0
HIC are good, have used them for previous modified VR6's. My current Golf is through Greenlight - £800 and a like-for-like replacement on all my mods. Ask for Tony - he's got a VR6 himself!
