Broody 0
My tyres go down, every two weeks i have to pump them up. I have had them checked for punches and havent got any nails or anything, even had one of the tyres off and i wire-brushed and cleaned the inside of the alloy myself it still goes down. So for xmas my parents have said they'd give me £100 toward getting them re-frubed, sand blasted, and looking like new. Should i do this or save and buy some 17's? I cant afford to lower my car so maybe it'd look silly with 17s and never lowered? Anyone got any ideas?
kalv 0
It will cost about £200 to do the whole set of speedlines.. alot of people like to keep them on or have them as a spare set to the 17's. I put a set of 17's (TT's) on mine without lowering and it looked ok - not silly.. eventually I lowered once saved up some more cash and it doesn't look better..Check out these picshttp://www.heerit.co.uk/vw/side.JPGhttp://www.heerit.co.uk/vw/car6.JPG1st pic is with 17's and standard suspension, 2nd pic is with it lowered. purpledragon 0
I personally think 17's are too big for a C, and 16's suit it loads better, especially some nice Borbets or BBS's 8)
