fatboyjon 0
Hi all,I am new to this forum so greetings to all!I own a '96 VR6 Highline mulberry and she is sweet! (except i drove her into a pole a few months ago and she's currently being repaired) I need to get an MOT soon and i know the original back box has a few holes in it and wish to replace it with a cat back system but am not sure what to go for, I like the oval exhausts and slash cut but dont want to get a headache with an overloud exhasut (on the motorway!) I have had silly exhaust before on my mk2gti and dont want to have to go through the same issues, has anyone got a Milltek system fitted? I think they look nice (the twin exit) Just interested to see if anyone has got one and for any usefull advice! The pic below shows what I have done to her... I need shooting!Have a good weekend!Cheersfatboy

matth76 1
I've got the twin exit Milltek cat back. Very nice. You wont go wrong with this exhaust. Very good quality and fitted perfectly. Stealth fitted mine and they really liked it. It's only slightly louder than standard and doesn't drone at all when driving on the motorway. It only howls if you really floor it above 3500 revs onwards! But its a proper aston martin style howl not boomy or chav like. Go for it mate.
purple highline monster 0
the Jetex stainless 2.5 inch is also a superb system for fit quality and look, i have a letterbox type at the minute (soon to be changed to twin round tailpipe backbox) sounds very subtle but purposefull not boomy or droney at any speed, very good value too under £300 direct from jetex UK
