Mot 0
went on at vauxsport in shifnall (aparently quite accurate, i rekon they may be a lil under?)anyhoo...the VR made 185.3 Bhp / 185.7 lbft / 154.6 Bhp ATW, ill scan the graph in sometime soon. the curve looks nice too, no dips or anything in it. thats with miltek de-cat, miltek cat back and carbonio intake - im relativley happy with the increase in torque and bhp.went with cliosport.net, had the most powerfull car there of the day, including one thats had 2k of cams and map (if i'd spent as much as the chap had i'd wanna see more than a few bhp!) someone had to show these 182 owners a proper car thats all metal here's the vid - there's another one im waiting on to be uploaded too, sorry its nothing majorly exciting! Mot 0
shame they nailed my ass to the losers board on the way home (around twisties) i've thought about chuckin some H&R coilovers and some dirty ARBs on the Golf...would it make ANY difference to how bad it handles?
GVK 1
Yeah, should do, at the end of the day it's only a bit heavier than a mk2, my mk2 VR handles very well.Go for some decent coilovers and H&R 25mm front / 28mm rear ARB, great set up.
