tubby 0 Posted December 3, 2006 Report Share Posted December 3, 2006 I have yokahama parada spec 2 on mine fantastic in the dry and pretty good overall in the wet,have done 2.5k with them and still more than 0.75 tread left.Definatley not a bargain though at 120 rrp they are not cheap but i got them trade for 65 a piece 205 40 17, 15" should be a lot cheaper.Good luck with the search but remember dont skimp on tyres.virgin. HiPurVR6 0 Posted December 6, 2006 Report Share Posted December 6, 2006 I've had Pirelli P6000 on my VR for over a year. Fronts have done 20K and still not on the wear indicator. I do find the compound to be a bit hard so will be trying the Michelin Exalto's next time.VR6MadMike has loads more grip than my car and can't have that!! :-p Link to post Share on other sites

Had some dunlop SP2000 before that, they were also very good, but quite expensive. Ive run Pirelli P6000 in the past - last well, but as someone above said they are a bit 'hard' so dont grip as well Link to post Share on other sites
