you need a piston winding tool really, but if your strong as fcuk, you can sometimes get them in with a pair of long nose pliers and a bit of elbow grease. It's a bit yeehaw though!!

If your car is modified and you want to stop quicker, uprate the lot, otherwise just stick with the standard set up.

Fronts need pushing in, I usually just use a G clamp.

The rears you need to wind in using the wind back tool, about £15 from GSF. Its quite a few turns i THINK, i remember it took a little while even with an impact gun.

I run stock disks all round with pagid fast road pads. Stops rather well!!!
