Where the moses do I put my crossovers?

Hey all,

got some lovelly new componants to put in the front, and not too sure where I am going to mount the crossovers, passenger side isnt a problem as we all know you could park a jumbo above the footwell but am a little concerned about the drivers side. Anyone had any fun with crossover boxes? I realise they have to be close to the speaker for best quality etc.

need to get some radiator hoses before any more work can start ! no christmas driving for me, although the "temporary" audi a80 is proving for amusing retro driving!

i fitted mine on to the side of the heater ducts both sides, i used double sided sticky velcro, that way i can pull them off if i ever needed to so no breaking or having to unscrew evertime i need to move or adjust etc, cleaned off the plastic with brake cleaner as it dries very quickly and cleans great
