DEVERY 0 Posted December 19, 2006 Report Share Posted December 19, 2006 HI I GOT A PROB WIH ME VR6 GOLF IVE JUT REPLACED A LEAKING OIL SWITCH AND THE OIL LIGHT KEEPS COMING ON ITS THE ONE UNDER THE INLET MANAFOLD ON THE LEFT HAND SIDE, IVE ALSO GOT A PROB WITH IDLEING WHEN I FIST GOT THE GOLF IT WAS IDELING AT 500RPM ITS NOW AT 1000RPM IVE CLEAND THE EGR BUT NO CHANGE ANY SUGESTIONS :-( Link to post Share on other sites

DEVERY 0 Posted December 19, 2006 Author Report Share Posted December 19, 2006 the one i took out was 0.2-1.6 bar the one i put in is 0.6-0.35 ive got a higher one ill give that a try thanks what do vr6's norm run at idle is there any rolling road days coming up would like to give it a run the bloke i brought it of said it was running bout 200bhp is this abour right with super chip and a few other mods Link to post Share on other sites

They will also check over your car to ensure your oil pressure is right etc. If you have an obd1 and a chip I would assume you have mid 180's bhp. You'd get more if you had a modified throttle body (again Stealth can advise on this). Their rolling road session is £50+vat. Link to post Share on other sites
