Mo12345 0
Alrite people. Im looking at buying a mulberry highline around the year 1997, so roughly p-reg. I have seen a couple with about 115k mileage but I am wary as to whether they will be good buys at around 3k. The thing is I have heard a lot of stories about the timing chains snapping or the tensioners going, so I was hoping someone could give me a rough price of how much it is to get the timing chain/tensioners/guides done, the works basically? I really do need a price, as I will need to take this into account if I do buy one, so if you guys can give me some prices id very grateful particulary the price "The Phirm" and "Stealth" charge. Cheers.
SankysVR6 1
Last year stealth quoted me near the £750 mark with a new clutch and i think it was £1400 including a head re-build aswell. But just give them a call to make sure.Or there's guy on here called killokilla whos in stoke who can change them for a very resonable price.Try doing search and i'm sure you will find all the answers you need.
