Not too bad! front is abit bouncy over harsh bumps but amazingly it only catches the plastic cover as it goes round the bumper and this only happens on the very worst of pot holes/bumps etc.

hhhmmm don't know now, would really love some CC leather interior but might need to save a bit first, just spent nearly 100 quid on a new bloomin coil pack!

Cheers Pete, Have been thinking about other things I would like to do besides the leather interior.

Colour keyed handles, and may remove the sill covers??

LOL I went to a local retail park this afternoon and had to do a special route through the car parks to avoid the great big rubber strips they put down the main roads. aaarggh!!!!

Which FK u got?

Its the Highsport suspension kit with 60mm drop front and 40mm drop on the rears, the rears are on platform which are adjustable like coilovers. I've had a set of coilovers before on my mk1 and although very good I couldn't justify spending twice the money on something that I won't use as it was intended.

Can I get a baffled sump? If you can any ideas on cost?

you can get a sump guard from an American company called APD racing if i remember rightly, a baffled sump is genneraly a term used for the internals of it, just has a slosh guard inside (which a vr already has) so on heavy cornering you dont lose oil pick up on the pump and fook your engine, you can get ally sumps too but i wouldnt dare put one on any lowered car with the shite roads we have now!

Thats what I ment, I had one on a mk2 which was a finned alloy affair and looked quite tough, well more meaty than a standard one. Just thought if I was going to replace it I might as well up grade it? I also have heard of winged sumps which are wider than standard and not as low, so same volume but less prone to being hit.

But if its baffled already I'll just leave it and take my chances
