Ok!!

I've just gotten hold of some five spoke, split rim porsche wheels.

The fronts are a simple 8x17, the rears a not so simple 9.5x17!

The outer rim is in need of some polish but in general they are in good nick.

I have no idea what to do with them! The tyres alone will be a lot of money, then there's the coilovers and adaptors just to get them on. Expect the car will need arch work as well so wondering if it would be better just to sell on.

Any advice as what to do with these beasts would be great. If not just an idea of what they might be worth.

Can anybody help?

Get the arch work done - £70 - £100.. keep an eye out for some tyres floating on ebay while you get the alloy thats kerbed refurbed and save up for coilovers... do it in stages.. your car looks sweet as it nice, will look amazing once you've put it all on!

yeah sell em on to fund some new rims that will fit straight on, as yours is a 5 door (like mine) you are a little limited on rear arch flair, it is possible but it can look awfull as it has to match the line of the door shut 9.5 wide is far too big for a mk3 golf get some 17" BBS split rims or RH ZW1`s ;)
