purple highline monster 0
A nice Mullberry Highline is gonna sell for around 2k-2.5k even with that mileage on, you could only expect to get a complete dog for £1500, even early VR`s sell for more than that! if it was a full history near mint car its gonna be about 3-4k or depends on what someone is willing to pay for it!!!! too much emphasis is put on "what a dealer would give" sure some slimey little ponce in a cheap suit will give me 1k on a part ex!!! but in the real world its worth 3 times that, car dealers are con men! i had that prick at his so called "vw expert garage" in sidcup try offering me £400 for my Rallye Golf a few years back!!!! i asked the "expert" if he new exactly what it was? and he replied "i have had loads of them" blokes a C*nt when i asked if he sold them all on for £400 he didnt answer, needless to say i walked away and sold it a week later for 5k, i wish i knew where you could get a Rallye for £400 i would have

purple highline monster 0
yeah K plate, blue dash and early interior/engine... he meant a Mulberry highline and as i said it is all dependant on who wants it and whos selling it! i got my sportline mk1 cabri for 1/2 its true value as the guy i bought it off was a "ford boy" and didnt realise its real worth/rarity. but he was happy with what he got for it and i was happy to get it

mike 6
bargain mate, watch out for teh chains on taht millage tho could be costly., personly i would have paid more for a lowr milage one, actually i did 3650 for mine on 80k a year ago
purple highline monster 0
good lad, welcome to mulberry world!!! (purple violet pearl really ) give it a wash and show us some photos then!!! as long as it runs well and has all the bits then dont worry about spending 100`s on the engine just yet mate, if the chains are rattly then get a mechanics opinion but if its all quiet? then leave well alone, the later obd2 engine had different chain guides and they are much more robust than the earlier ones, lets face it it could throw a rod, burn a piston etc etc but your not gonna change tham are ya? just drive it and enjoy it

SiGainey 1
I bought my 97 P with FVWSH, head gasket been done and chain tensioner done with 97k miles on it for just over 2K. No rust anywhere and it's a tidy car. Prices are just crazy - the Corrado's are way more £££ for not alot more car!
