I have a made to measure exhaust system Stainles and Tig welded All done by Longlife in Battersea. This is with a lifetime G with zero service visits and is made of propper stuff. Not low grade thin metal.== .304 and 2.5mm http://www.longlife.co.uk/street/home.default.flashyes.aspxWhat we have here is a Raceland 6 branch into a highflow cat through 2.5" pipe into a silencer or 3. Reduced to 2.25 to get over the up and over section with a single 2.25 tail pipe.Sweeeeeeettttttt Sounds Luuuuuuuurrrrrrrrvvvvvvllllllyyyyy and bass---ieeeeee. Barry white aint got notin'Just the s/c to add now So excluding the mani how much for it all fitted I hear you ask ????£200 for the cat and £370 for the rest of the complete system. They did fit the mani at the same time and charged me just over an hours labour......So my recommendations on these guys. Good value and a very good service .... As for price, not really sure as I have no idea about costs of custom systems....But it does not seem overly expensive to me.As long as you are pleased that is the main thing.
