6potmkII 0 Posted March 2, 2007 Report Share Posted March 2, 2007 hias above realy, ive been offered the full r32 front brake set up from my cousin....includes front calipers, carriers, discs and pads...can i make these fit the mk3?are the carrier holes line ip with the mk3 hubs? i kno il prob need washers but do the holes line aup?cheers Link to post Share on other sites
Big J 283 Posted March 2, 2007 Report Share Posted March 2, 2007 far as im aware its all the same kit, just oversized. someone here is bound to set the record straight if im wrong though. if hes your cousin couldnt you ask to try and offer up the carriers to hubs to be certain? also you'l need 17" wheels to fit over them. VR6Rich 3 Posted March 5, 2007 Report Share Posted March 5, 2007 I would have thought they are the same offset/spacing as 312mm brakes in which case you would just need 6mm washers and 6mm longer caliper carrier bolts to fit them.
