dstyrrell 0
Hi guys i wonder if anyone can help me, my climatronic has been flashing recently so i knew there was a fault, stuck it on a diagnostic machine yeaterday and it came up with these faults Temp regulator flap motor -v68 01271Airflow flap motor -v71 01274 I was wondering if anyone else has had experience with these, and can offer me any advice. Not sure where they are located, so just thought i'd ask before i start pulling the dash apart.I checked with my mate and the new parts are quite expensive so i'm hoping that theres just a loose connection or they are jammed or something. Fingers crossed.Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks Dave
Focker-out 0
Temp flap motor should be located near the matrix and the airflow motor is i think the blower fan!!
dstyrrell 0
Well the climatronic was flashing and had faults as mentioned above, so decided there was only one thing for it i had to pull it apart and have a fiddle, anyway pulled all the dash off pulled a few wires about and then put it back together again and to my surprise it works now perfectly!!!! No more flashing, heats and cools perfectly!!If in doubt pull it about !!!
manzi 0
i was lpaying about with putting mic wire for bluetooth headunit other day. i pulled cover off where the sensor is for interior and simply blew down it, just to get rid of dust. this then resulted in fixing the flashing prob i've had on climatronic since owning it.2min fix.
