Rixy 0
Hi there every1, im new to the forum. I took my corrado storm off the road in october, and removed the engine. This was then taken to a local engine builders for work to begine. basically, i have had a 2.8 block rebored to take my 2.9 pistons, and have had the crank re ground and polished and head has had new valve guides pressed in, and has been skimmed. Basically, its getting close tot he put it all back together bit, and i was wondering if anyone can help me with where tog et bits from and pirices maybe?Basically, i need to know what parts the chap will need, i.e rings, big end bearings, gasket setc, pumps, seals etc etc, and how much they cost. Also where the best place to get them from is?I want to do it all properly, so no cutting corners here, but V.A.G stuff is very expensive, is this still the best bet, or can you get equal quality parts elsewhere.I am also changing both chains and all guides etc. Sorry this post is hugely long, but cheers fro reading anyway, and i hope some1 can help. cheers
