purple highline monster 0 Posted April 16, 2007 Report Share Posted April 16, 2007 what clearnace you talking Kalv? if its onlt a few mm then you cna get the little slither 5mm or 10mm ones at loads of places, they only need to clear by a fraction of a mm anyway as long as the rim misses it .1 of a mm is fine!! The spokes are set back from the edge, and on the TT rim the spokes almost curve outwards. kalv 0 Posted April 22, 2007 Author Report Share Posted April 22, 2007 Had the alloys back (went for chrome black instead), and went to try one on the VR.. didn't fit past my porsche brakes as i sort of knew, so tried them on the rear, and don't fit.. bolt pattern is out and they don't even sit on the hub...[lightbox=../../e107_files/public/1177267621_4477_FT169707_20042007886.jpg][/lightbox]I'm well gutted... what could these be then.. 5x112? On the rim it says "BBS RX 201 ET35 8J x 17H2"... and on the back it says "Germany 0344007"..? Is it going to be too much hassle to get these to fit? Already cost me a fair wedge!Need some help...! If they are 5x112 then adapters are needed and i think the thinnest adapters you can get are 15mm so would give ET of 20 Link to post Share on other sites

purple highline monster 0 Posted April 23, 2007 Report Share Posted April 23, 2007 the hub adaptor is basicly a 15 mm "spacer" that bolts to your hub with flush head bolts and then you bolt the alloy to the adaptor which becomes the new hub face!! so you have plenty maso wheel bolts! hub adaptors can be expensive though!
