Some Turbo parts came last week. PICS..

Did you not have your gearbox adapter mount modified to bolt to the end of the casing? I thought I read somewhere that you had welded a piece onto the original UM mount so it was actually bolted with 4 bolts? Been wondering if this is a strong enough setup myself....considered a mount on the chassis leg like the mk4 one but maybe dogbone mount plus adapter mount would be ok...

Fitted some stuff today. V-band oil catch tank, Fragola AN6 water lines for the GT35R and the new saturday candy package came from USA today

Went to Oslo motorshow a couple of months ago. Just tought you guys should see this......

Would love see a video of that Club Chairman

Mistake I did was that the mk3 gearmount was welded a little to low. So both engine and gearbox was hanging a little low on the gearbox side. The 02M mount did not like that... And yes I did weld a extra strength flat steel on the 02M mount.

So in which way should you have raised it then? By means of welding it further to the left of the subframe or by means of a filler piece etween mounting cup and subframe? Just curious as I don't want to Mae same mistake.

Higher up on the subframe.

Mount up engine/gearbox with the 02M mount. Get the engine lined up water straight. Fit the subframe mount perfect and make some welds.

Remove engine/gearbox and weld mount to subframe.

Then, in again with engine/gearbox and ceck that its all 100 % fit.

Very strong silicone that support the metal sement that I have put in the two oil channels. Looks ass, but it works very good:

Federal RSR street slics 215/40-17". They are in the same league as R888s, but alot cheaper. At least here in Norway, wich is the worlds most expensive country.

Thanx.

Here are the build thred http://www.vr6.nu/phpbb/viewtopic.php?f=27&t=8489&start=465

It used to have twin Garrett GT3071R turbos. Did 643whp with that. Took them off and fitted a Precision 6766 T4 and made 794whp. The distibutor wasnt doing that well over 2.4 bar off boost. It will be fixed, and 800+ whp is easy to achive. E85 offcourse :)

Ive been driving all summer from 15-28 psi. No issues. Adjusteable fpr and AFR is spot on @ 11.6 - 12.0

Matt at Unitedmotorsports fixed my Mocal oilcooler issue. Got their Oil cooler bolt and end cap. The Ebay Mocal 16 row fitted nice.
