I read somewhere you can get in excess of 250k on a cared-for Golf Mk3 engine, not sure about the VR6 though. Please indicate mileage and if you've had chains done/new engine.Mine is M-reg, 127k miles, no chains or engine work *gulp* Link to post Share on other sites

Electrical replacements include coil pack and a few sensors besides service items. Still on original 'box and clutch which is very good - Touch wood!! Link to post Share on other sites
