johnemerson38 1 Posted May 20, 2007 Report Share Posted May 20, 2007 how hard would it be to convet my golf syncro from lhd to rhd say i got a cheap mk3 golf to take all the parts off.what parts would i need.and do you think my insurance would go down or up because i have changed it from standard. VR6Rich 3 Posted May 21, 2007 Report Share Posted May 21, 2007 Well apart from the interior stuff you'd be changing the brake system, steering rack, aircon (if both have got it) along with loads of other stuff I recon. I expect you might have to modify the bulk head too.Not an easy job in the least. Why do you want to do it? Surely you are used to the LHD now? Link to post Share on other sites
