Guest ilikepie Posted June 5, 2007 Report Share Posted June 5, 2007 I've just changed my suspension and I have a problem with my rear bump stops. They are loose on the piston which means they slide up and down the strut. Also the dust cover doesn't appear to attach to anything so it too moves freely on the strut.Is this normal? philtvr 0 Posted June 5, 2007 Report Share Posted June 5, 2007 I would say yes as when the suspension moves the bumpstop will move with it then when the bumpstops needed it will get compressed. As long as the dust covers covers the shock shaft its ok. Link to post Share on other sites
