NetStable 0
Hi allI've just been offered a Corrado VR6 Storm with 130k, FSH. Minor damage to rear + front, front just requiring a respray with back end having a few dents + needing a respray too. Cat 1 alarm, and engine seems to be sweet along with electrics. 9mths MOT and TAX.Asking price to me is £2000, how much do you think something like that is realistically worth? (bearing in mind i'll maybe have to spend £500 on it)Cheers in advance
PhillT 0
has the damage been reported to the insurance company?even a Cat D would reflect in the price! could do with some pics of it really, but sounds like a good buy to me
NetStable 0
Yeah, i'm pretty sure it's a Cat D. The damage isn't extensive, he offered the car to me for about 3.5k a few months back, 2k sounds a lot more appealing
PhillT 0
TBH think it's worth it! it's hard to find a corrado that hasn't had paint sometime in it's life, plus Cat D isn't exactly majorcan't really go wrong for that price! even if it takes £500 for bodywork and the timing chains need doing @ around £500 it's still a £3k storm! bargainbut my opinion is slightly bias
purpledragon 0
Thats a cheap Storm!!! As said above for £3k it would be sorted and it'll still be worth the same in about 5 years too!!
