six appeal 53
Hello mate I know JBS autos have done a lot of work for people on here and also have built a MK2 with an R32 lump in it, so well worth giving them a call.

dub_weiser 0
£8000 is what it'l cost you they will source the engine and other bits....still tempting??
dubloke 4
it is when you can pick up a knackered engined vr for @ 2k max these days, + 8k and its a 240bhp+ motor for @ 12 k including brake/suspension upgrades!
Valver 0
Thats's alot of money for a conversion - now don't get me wrong I'd love to have an R32 lump in my car, but i wouldn't spend £8k getting 240bhp.....For that sort of money I'd be looking at a VR6 Turbo and pushing close to 400bhp....
Hiten 0
grant motorsport can also do the conversion. they've already put a 24v engine into a vento.

binliner 0
there is a new A3 3.2 VR6 but it's N/A and it's going to cost a tad more than a VR with an £8k engine conversion too!
Hiten 0
i dont think the engine that you're on about is out yet, but i have heard about so you haven't been dreaming. there's been talk about it on the audi-sport.net site.
