Noisy/Creaky clutch when car is warmed up?

Hello,

Just realised that my clutch gets noisy/squeaky when the car is driven for a while if I start the car from cold there is no noise , only if I drive for about 45 mins or so?

Also is this any course for concern? It selects gears fine, 3rd can be a bit sticky sometimes but nothing major?

yeh iv noticed the exact same problem with my vr6. iv ignored it realy. dont know what it is. probable get it checked soon.
