TaNgOzVR6 13 Posted July 23, 2007 Report Share Posted July 23, 2007 Hello peoples!!!!!Iv gone from owning a MK2 GTi 8v to a MK3 GTi 8v and now to a MK3 VR6 Highline.. On Saturday i trained it from East London to Sheffield to pick up a MK3 Golf VR6 Highline, Its a P Reg and has done around 85k... Iv been driving it non stop the whole weekend and gotta say what a road trip it was driving allllll the way down the M1 in it... i havent stopped smiling since i got it, my girl friend is starting to feel left out... TaNgOzVR6 13 Posted July 23, 2007 Author Report Share Posted July 23, 2007 Cheers Bro!! it cost me 4k and it came with the comps and new coilovers thats it, no other mods, its completely standard, I like it on the Comps but think the Mulberrys look even better on Borbet B's..!! i shined it up yesterday, spent about 3 hours on it! it looked soooo fresh n clean!!! drivin it around i got loads of stares and comments.. never got that much attention in my MK2!! Im hooked now man.. shoulda got a vr a looong time ago.. im going to raise the rear a lil until i get the arches rolled and stretched out as it rubs when people are in the back.. its got a standard exhaust too so a full system and 6 branch will go on, engine is going to get a good clean up internally as its a bit tappety at the moment.. i wanna remove the rear wiper and badge and make the number plate recess smaller, i was think about single wiper converstion as well as smoothed grill, R32 lights and crystal indicators and fogs but not sure whether to get Crystal or smoked...Inside i will get a pc installed with the touch screen dash mounted but not 100% yet.. im still looking around to get some inspiration...glad you like it.. what show are you going to?? you going to edition 38 this year??
