m4t_lee 0
Just picked up a mulberry highline, car is great but the missus doesn't like the colour of the leather. If we sell it for a recaro cloth interior do you think it would affect the value of the car come resale time?Cheers,Mat
tubby 0
I would think it might put off the purists, but at the end of the day it is up to you,but remember your car is the only model with grape colour leather and this can be a unique selling point.
dwa1974 0
Buy your missus a scooter, then she will begin to love the leather
m4t_lee 0
I could buy her a scooter but the highline is hers not mine, I only have a non highline, poor me It's be nice to le;ave it stdish and not bugger with it too much, we'll see if she grows to like it, if not anyone want a purple interior? binliner 0
The colour of the leather is what put me off the purple highline... I'd try and get hold off a cream leather VR interior
kalv 0
Get it re-trimmed.. costs about £1000 to do front and back seats.. door cards..
purple highline monster 0
whats wrong with "Blackberry" leather?..to give it its proper name firstly as said it is unique to the car...secondly its heated...so in the winter she might appreciate it a bit more, and thirdly most people think its black on first glance anyway...i really like mine..but i would change my front seats for recaros...but they would be re covered in the same blackberry leather if i did..i already spoke to micheal at MJ interiors .......failing that get yourself a bird who appreciates purple cows!! i cant believe someone likes purple paint then dont like purple leather??? women eh
Ickyketseddie 89
Swap it into yours and give her your cloths (assuming you have cloths) then if you come to sell it you could always swap back?
Ben Seabrook 4
Personally if I was going to buy a mulberry highline I would want the mulberry interior so you may have a problem if you come to sell it.The answer above would be the best solution providing you like the interior
Earwig 89
Never been to keen on the Mulberry interior. If you were to swap it out for cloth then, Yes, you would devalue it. It would effectively not be a Highline anymore.I would opt for another color of leather if possible. I was thinking of a swap with someone but the leather would look odd in anything other than another Mulberry, most of which already have leather !Mark.
