All charge a handing fee of around 2%, but I've found that HSBC do not cap it unlike many others where the max fee is £1.75. So much for the worlds local bank!I got euros to cover 2 nights in the hotel from my folks for my birthday and looking at the forecast it's going to be well spent.As for petrol I'm going to brim it in Dover, as the exchange rate is making petrol more expensive on the continent, which should get me to Gerolstein.
