hellsVR6 0
Ok sounds mental and it probably is!After my 'incident' in the North East the other week I have now managed to put my car back together, i.e. have replaced the grilles on the front and the bumper spoiler. But when I had picked it up from the garage I noticed a wire hanging down with a small sort of grey square type plug on the end. I was sure it had been disconnected from somewhere as it was so obvious at the time what with all the front trim missing. The guy at the garage said "oh it's your outside temp sensor so it's ok". But I can still see it even though I've left it. I'm not convinced it should just be hanging about like that to be honest.Drivers side by the way. In the daylight tomorra I will get a pic of it if anyone can tell me if it really does belong anywhere or it just kind of lives behind the grille and just does hang loose.Or has something come off somewhere and it needs popping back in.Thanks!! Apologies for thickness by the way!
dwa1974 0
if it is your outside temp sensor it should be clipped into the black plastic grill trim at the bottom of the bumper before the chin spoiler.
