nice pair of jaws and twist the body(with the hole for the bolt in) should come out with the core and the coil of fine wire . the prceed to carefully break the plastic surround down that will be stuck in the hub , i find usually a really sharp chisel works well for this . whilst doing this be causious not to bend or damage the abs ring

clean out the hole of corrosion and gently fit the new unit with a little lube , try to avoid using the bolt to tighten it in can cause it the crack .

all the preivous i wrote is based on the 'average' ABS sensor ( i cant remebr if the Vr one is metal bodied or plastic or how its secured ) last one i did was on a nasty ford lol
