MarkGolf 6
Corrado is being picked up and trailered away soon enough!Well, Golf shud be going bodyshop this week fingers crossed for more bodywork and touch ups..So didn't wanna go without a car for a week or however long, so i got myself an M-reg LWB 3.0 V6 Shogun! lol!!Last car I thought I'd lay my hands on, but it isn't THAT bad tbh!!The interior is disgusting with the usual grey e.t.c But the things shifts for such a house sized motor!Had it off the clock last night (120mph) so don't how fast it can go, but makes a nice noise!!Nearly stacked it tdue to not being used to the sponge suspension, so the thing just sqealed into a corner and I thought it was gonna tip over!Makes a definate change from the Golf and has defo made me want a practical car even more now! Specially one I can get my mates in the back and drive round and have a laugh!Must say, it is the ultimate pikey vehicle!!Dont think you qualify as a pikey till you've owned one, found a nice tacky Golf ring in it and grass and mud in the back! lolSo[ Edited ]
tandino 1
No the ultimate pikey vehicle is the 89 Vauxhall Senator my mate got for his Birthday for a laugh by his 'toff' mates. My mate is a city trader and the guys who bought him the £200 piece of sh1te found it hilarious to see him driving in the city 'suited and booted' in this piece of pikey tat the funny thing was he had to drive it as he was between cars and had nothing else to use.You really had to play the pikey if you were in it - funniest thing was sliding into a gravel pub car park on a sunny Sunday afternoon 5 up windows down and dougnutting out in front of a load of shocked onlookers - sheer class 8o) In the end we rammed it into a concrete block a couple of times - the sort they put across farmers field entrances to stop pikeys getting in and setting up camp (quite a fitting end for such a pikey mota!) then drove it down to Billy Bridges scrap yard a few hundred yards away 8o) The scrappies face was a picture when we turned up in it - not one single panel unscathed Pete. alivr6 0
your both wrong.....the ultimate pikey vehicle has to be no other than a ford transit van, wether it be a tipper or a panel van.
