arifvw 0 Posted October 3, 2007 Report Share Posted October 3, 2007 hi guys,could anybody tell me wats up with this 4motion i went to purchase,took it for a drive and could not engage the 5th gear,the owner told me its the gear linkage but icant find the linkage someone told me its a cable change g/box??????? and they dont have a linkage????????im confused,somebody help me need advice.i also had a look underneath the car and it looks like it been scraped,wat cud it be........its a bora 4motion 2001 reg with 74k on the clock.all advice will be much appreciated thanks Link to post Share on other sites

I dont have the process with me now but dieselgeek may have the process up for when you install there Short shifter. If it doesn't select after that then there is something else wrong.
