jimmy666 0
Hello ChapsDoes anyone know off the top of their heads whether a M reg VR6 will have "ISOFIX" on the back seats? Apparently it is a standard for attaching baby/child seats in the back of cars... Had a quick search around the forums but nothing jumped out... i need to know as i was grilled by the Mothercare salesperson about it last night...Also, the seat belt is too short to actually go around the seat! Is it feasible to swap over the seatbelts to longer ones, and if so, has anyone got any recomendations on where to get it done in or around the Sidcup / Kent area.CheersJimbo
C17LJR 0
Hi Jimbo,The mk3 doesn't have isofix so you'll need the good old fashion car seat. Also, I've noticed my rear belts are slightly shorter than in my mk2 & mk4, even the corrado too,I can still just get the small (rear facing) carry seat fitted, all others fit fine.is this what kind you have? I normally put the seat in, place the belt over the lap & into the holder before wrapping round the back of the seat,Hope that helps,Carl
