6potmkII 0 Posted November 18, 2007 Report Share Posted November 18, 2007 depends on how much you can find the parts for, some people spend 500/600 pounds + labour, then 350 + VAT for shrick cams and a remap and probably dont see 20bhp so if you can find the lot off a written off vr6 for few hundred quid id say its defo worth 20bhp.also, for future referance if you plan on doing anything else to the car like SC, obd2 management will respond to it alot better especialy when its remaped...and dont forget in order for obd2 ecu to work you will need the ecu/transponder box/and key chip all from the same car Link to post Share on other sites
