crish72 0
Replaced my Lambda sensor about 6 months ago for the M.O.T with a cheap jobby from GSF.. now i'm getting Error Code 00525(02 Sensor) again and the car feels a tadge sluggish..Searched about on here to find that the cheap sensors tend to fail often (Doh!) .. so i'm thinking mine might have done so too?.. Should i go ahead and buy one from the stealers instead?Any help appreciatedChris

thegoth 5
Yep, No 30. Although on my VR it's a different number, but I do have an old Dizzy OBD1 so it's got a completely different ECU.
crish72 0
Just to finish this post off..I took a gamble on it being the Lambda so bought a genuine one from VW. Finally fitted it this afternoon and the problem and error codes have gone away (h) So lesson number 1 is don't buy cheap Lambda sensors - always get genuine ones! For the record, the car was running a bit lumpy, felt like it was holding back and drinking petrol.Chris
