swaper 0
Hi, I have read the whole forum post and my recomandation would be: Tks Bobtrude , pls note the following : 1. Check if you have the right oil dipstick with your local vw dealer. (this is important for many reasons other than the oil return) the oil dip stick, is ok. I have measured also the oil quantity into my oil pan2. Change the charger gasket. (the one that the clamp clamps)That looks interesting idea ... where can i get a gasket ????3. Unscrew the charger feed and return lines and when you screw them on again, use some kind of threadlock (i have that on my turbo) this keeps the oil from leaking. There is no leak from feeding hoses .... Dont buy the stage2 set yet before you get this running. I agree !!!!!!The VR6 specialist also made my setup, but it also was a BIG hassle. But all in all they did a good and solid job. It goes like the new 997 carrera2 Dont you have a tuning shop in Greece that could help you out? Unfortunately no ....

Bobtrude 0
Ok, I have cheked with some forums and it seems that vortech doesnt sell the o-ring gasket for the charger. . . . Is the charger new? If yes it seems unlikely that the O-ring is busted. I would try to thighten the clamp on the charger to the right amount of tourque. maybe its loose?
