badboygolfvr6 0 Posted February 3, 2008 Report Share Posted February 3, 2008 i decatted my old vr6. decat improves the acceleration due to improved gas flow..but you'l notice the difference on the fuel to. i wont be decatting my vr6 that iv got now but its worth getting it done if you havent done before. Fitted no worries - had to get a longer intermediate pipe (they seem all the same for the vr6 and gti) but other than that bolts right on. The longer pipe is needed 'cause they only have 55cm? not 65cm so I needed to make up a few cm's to get it on.Have a BMC and Miltec so that just added a little ummmmmf.Regards,Steve Link to post Share on other sites
