dubloke 4 Posted September 9, 2004 Report Share Posted September 9, 2004 andrew, make sure that the main loom connector to the engine is fully twisted on, its the one right next to the aux water pump behind the coil pack! i had some work done to mine and the car suddenly cut out on the way home for no reason. would continue to fire(like out of juice) but not start! wasn't until i had a look under the bonnet, and noticed the aux pump not running at all despite ignition on, that i turned the connector, and hey presto, the car started!
