H13VYY 0
hi. im getting some 17x7.5 soon for my vr6. I wanted that wide look where the rims stick out but without doing any arch modifications. which spacers would i require for the rims to stick out?
xyber 1
May be fiddly with 17s, wide looks are normally done on mk3s with 16s and a wider wheel as they will give the right amount of tyre/arch clearance, often by having abit of stretch in the tyres so you can get away with a narrower tyre for what should really be on the wheelI have the 17x7.5 and a 45mm drop and wouldnt want them any further out from the hub as they would definatly catch the arch under load or over bumps
H13VYY 0
if i get alloys that are 17X8..would they fit without any problems? my car is not lowered at all

H13VYY 0
i see loads of people use their best alloys just for the summer and when winter arrives they put on either the standard wheels back on or some other ones. is the winter bad for your rims?
