bulldog 2
Has anybody or does anybody know if a rear 8"x16" D 90 will fit on the front without any probs, I got a 6"x16" D 90 on the front and it look too thin compared to the rear wheels, it looks like it will stick out too much, I ort to put a back wheel on the front to see but I'm lazy and busy working in the house. My car has 25mm spacer/adaptors on the rear and 20mm spacer/adaptors on the front, i was thinking I may be able to have the front adaptors machined down 5mm so the wheels sat inwards more aslong as there is no rubbing problems with the struts. purple highline monster 0
What offset are D90`s? if they are like most porsche wheels and around et 60 then with a 20 or 25 mm spacer they should be ok as long as its not too low? i had 8j RH ZW1s on my old VR and had that pretty low on coilovers and it only touched very slightly on huge bumps or really bad roads
craggsy 91
8s will go as Nick says what is the ET on wheels. Just put 7s on the front instead of 6s. But a set with 2 6s and 2 7s and sell a set of 4 6s to lupo/mk2 golf owners
bulldog 2
I bought another set of 6" fronts and 8" rears today with an offset of 52mm so I can have 8"s all round, the 20mm spacers/adaptors on the front are going to go on the rear and the 25mm spacers/adaptors are going to be matched down to 15mm for the front.I will probally have to have the arches rolled (anybody know anyone in the south who can do this ?) and get some better suspension cause going down bumpy roads had the wheels meeting the arches on the rear today without rear passengers. So soon a set of 4 Design 90s in 6"x16" without tyres will be for sale if you want them or know anybody that might

bulldog 2
8" all round mate - no problems.. 205/45 tyres and 20 or 25 mm adaptors will be fine.richie, I was looking at your car again, are you sure they are 8" wheels on yours ??? Mine has 8"s all round with 25mm adaptors rear and 20mm adaptors on the front, but my wheels stick out more on the rear and alot more on the front than your wheels do, my fronts stick out too much IMO and don't look quite right.
