BMW owners! GRRRR!

Recommended Posts

I was on the M5 near Gloucester on a trip back from Plymouth this afternoon, anyway as you near Gloucester heading north they have painted chevrons on the road, there are plenty of signs on the verge saying keep your distance, and have atleast 2 chevrons between you and the car in front. Traffic was moving at 70ish, I left the gap in front to the next car of 2 chevrons, then I'm getting flashed from a 08 3 series BMW with some accountant looking guy driving about 1/4 of a chevron gap between me and him (he probally thought that if you drove a BMW the 2 chevron gap didn't apply) so I lifted off the throttle and went down to 60ish then quickly back to 70 and got the gap to 2 chevrons, then he closed the gap again so I moved over and he passed, then I got out behind him and left the 2 chevron gap as he tail gated the next car. Very soon he is going to shunt the car in front with his driving style.

battered a new m6 on the way home from buying my vr6 turbo, so dont really have a problem with them. bugging me is not a clever move though. up the inside, spin the wheels and throw anything loose from the road (including bits of the road :) )all over any car at my side, that tends to see em back a bit

I love BMW drivers cus they can all floor it straight line on a motorway but cant take a corner properly!!!

I unfortunately only have a 1.2 petrol ibiza, but the odd times ive had a BMW up my arse on the way home using back roads, i plant me foot and just dont break, ends up being leap frog, twisties i leave em, straights they nail me lol

but its all good fun either way, winds them up alot
