dagovernor 0 Posted July 1, 2008 Report Share Posted July 1, 2008 does anyone know where to get the M12x1.5x40 High tensile bolts required for the conversion. i am based in leeds so local would be great. have done a search and been ringing local firms but cant find the bolts. also where can you get the m12x6mm washers? might just use 3 m12x2mm washers.thanks Link to post Share on other sites

Going on a top gear style trip through Switzerland/Italy with some a3's and r32's so will be hammering the brakes so wanna make sure i get the correct bolts!! Link to post Share on other sites
OEM+ 1 Posted July 2, 2008 Report Share Posted July 2, 2008 hi, using washers to space the caliper is not a good idea as you will still get some movement on hard braking as the caliper is not sitting flat against the hub ,you are better of using a plate which i think is roughly 10mm thick i can check mine if you want. or ecs do the longer bolts an spacer plate.
