g60bron 0
Hey all.... Changing my pads and discs over the other day and this happened....2 bolts have snapped in the hub...How can i get these out of here... Bearing in mind there is no thread to grip hold of.The 3 screws that hold that part of the hub will not undo so can't get that bit off....Anyone got any suggestions???? nivag27 5
You could try drilling a hole through the centre and then wedge something in there and turn them, spray loads of WD40 on them and they may even turn when you drill them?
g60bron 0
hmmm.... might do... thinking about heating them up.... seen new hubs on ebat... so need the 3 screws undone really
Bigjobbo 0
I'd replace them and do the bearings at the same time. If i really had to get them out i'd drill them progressively, heat them and use an easy out. Clean all threads before putting your wheel back on. I've got studs if you need them.
