parkersdub 0
Started the upgrades. The car went in to fix water leak and garage noticed rear discs a bit shabby, so had new standard discs with EBC green stuff pads. They then said the fronts had not long left so I went for EBC drilled and Grooved discs with the green stuff pads. Are these ok on the VR I wont be heavily modding the car but brakes are important and I have used EBC in the past and found them to be good. What's a good Kit to lower the car 20 mm. Can't go lower due to speed bumps and don't want to lose to much comfort.Answers appreciatedCheers

J5KE F 0
i loved my reds, no noise, not a lot of dust but needed warming.. i have had drilled and vented disks, but got rid of them as they warped on the ring.. back to standard 312's and reds with no issues (that was running + 330 bhp )oh, and BF braided hoses.. parkersdub 0
Just picked up and they have put Red stuff on instead of green at the front so we will see how it goes. As for the water leak turns out to be a plastic pipe that has a hairline crack. £62.00 from VW so have gone for a part of ebay that is machined from alloy so no more leaks. I love my VR can't wait for the next mods. Any suggestions on what to use to lower 20 mm?Cheers
