james4287 1
how do i do that?changed the themostat housing and all the other plastic pipes/seals there including thermostat, replaced coolant but now when i switch off the engine i can hear water gargling? it sounds like it's comming from the heather matrix/throttle body pipes so suspect an air lock.i've driven it for a few miles and it's stayed bang on 90 degrees, fan is cutting in and out lovely and the heater is working fine.any ideas? xyber 1
heaters on full, blowers on full, take the cap of the coolant reservior and just let it idle to get hot and open the stat, the water level will drop, then rise and equalise, then top up to full
