wiring sub an amp

hi ther peepz id like to know how to remove my passenger side airbag and refit it so i can wire in a sub and amp with a permanant live to the battery. is this particularly tricky to do on the vr

have to take lower glove box out and then unbolt it and unpulg it ... remove battery b4 u do mind just incase dont want it goin off in tu hand as it were .... and dont turn the ign on unitll plugged back in or ull have an anoyin airbag light on .... hope this helps

and were is were is the best place to put the fuse fella

just remove the lower part of the glove box and you can put the cable through a grommet into the cabin, Id site the fuse as close to the battery as possible mate

id agree with above mate but dont make hole in grommet to big if u cant get it with the loom as water mite get in .... trust me i know lol

sound mad, but heat up a roofing nail and carefully pierce the grommet slightly smaller than the power cable than needs threading though, put a blob of grease on the engine bay side and thread through, itll be nice and tight with the grease also sealing the rest

also another thing id like to ask as you guys know a bit more bout electrical wirin an stuff. totally un dub related like.........i do a bit of dj'in and have been offered a job on an internet radio station but i dont know how to link my decks up to my computer to do live mixing. i use 12" vinyl turntables an not cd or mp3 mixing so that is makin it a bit harder 4 us to get it hooked up like. how can i get round this please

The red and black ones to the output of the mixer, the headphone type plug goes the stereo/mic input on the back of the PC, usually pale blue

Or you could download a program legit (ha ha) called Vitual DJ, tranfer all your vinyls to Mp3 or Wave files which consist of connecting one of your decks to your pc using the above cables, and your good to go. i know its not as good as the real thing but it is fun.

Vitual Dj has the following:

spinback, EQ, Video mixing, filters, sound effects, jingles (create your own), beat match (for those who cant mix lol), you can scratch, add you decks to it so you have four decks playing instead of two, sample and loads more, but most important, a broad cast feature, so while your mixing, you can give out your ip or a dummy one thats routed to your pc and eveyone can listen to you in the mix, use to work for me.

I know this is not the route you want to go but having this program and your decks wired in will solve the problem and also should enhance your show, as you will have lots of things to play with.
