I wouldnt mind knowing how much the trip cost everybody in total' date=' when they get back, like fuel costs, food, accomadation, ferry, stuff needed for the trip etc etc. Because i want to go next year and want to know how much is needed

For two people:

Ferry £68

Hotel €280

Track walk €98

8 laps €145

Yellow flag €99

Recovery €205

Recovery from recovery (really) €100

Money spent on food/drink in the car park €30

8 more laps €145

New wheel bearing €35

Food €150ish (we ate out)

5 tanks of fuel €200-250ish

Spending a weekend at the 'Ring? €priceless!

havent been on the ring for a long while, but driving along with heinz was great 2 years ago!!

I could hardly see it go by through the tears of laughter! Thanks for that memorable experience. I'll give you a passenger lap next time, when I have a working car. We'll take spare hubs with wheel bearings next time. G60 brakes and Yellowstuff pads, too.

5. Audi R8: Hassled by an 18 year old Golf.

6. I Would Drive 500 Miles (on a broken wheel bearing).
